Description
LeGrand is a Charleston native with extensive experience and contacts in the local real estate community. He has managed site selection, rezoning, development and sales for numerous mixed-use projects on the Charleston market.
LeGrand's asset management experience includes strategic repositioning of commercial property, and both office and retail leasing. He also brings international experience to the team, having managed the launch of a 2,500 acre luxury resort development in the Caribbean, as well as the creation of a successful investor immigration services company on the island of St. Kitts, West Indies.
LeGrand received his BA from Yale University and his MBA from Harvard Business School, and he served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an officer and F/A-18 fighter pilot. He is married to Allison Elebash, an interior designer. They have two children.
