Jane has been a licensed real estate agent in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, and is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert . She has had a successful track record in all endeavors. Jane is an enthusiastic believer that homeownership is a dream realizable for everyone. She works diligently to coordinate the buying and selling processes to make sure that clients are able to achieve the results they desire. She has found that being a real estate agent is truly serving as a consultant; she networks well with all parties, to include inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys. Jane resides in Hobcaw Point in Mount Pleasant where she and her husband Tom have lived for 20 plus years. She loves to assist her husband Tom with his residential renovation business and shares his passion for updating and renovating homes. Jane also enjoys spending time in her “she shed”, playing with grandchildren and occasionally exercising her Airedale and Australian Labradoodle. She is a certified floral designer and has a great love of flowers and gardening.
